CEO of Kemet Energy, Khaled Kacem brings over 33 years of international oil and gas experience to the Leadership Team. His extensive background includes senior leadership roles at Shell and BG, where he honed his skills in navigating complex projects and stakeholder relationships. Before taking the helm at Kemet Energy, he served as Shell’s VP and Country Chair in Egypt, and previously held the position of VP & Country Chair of Shell Tunisia, as well as President and Asset General Manager of BG Egypt. Additionally, he was the General Manager and Managing Director of the NOV Rashpetco in Egypt. Khaled's proven track record is focused on delivering growth and steering organizations through transition while embracing sustainable energy practices.
